Shipping costs are calculated before the order is made, once the postal code and country of destination have been given, depending on the weight and volume of the goods to dispatch, converted into kilos. The weight is given in scales of one, two, five, and ten kilos, because we add the total weight of all items included in the basket before giving the final price.

In spain, peninsula and Baleares are differents destination zone than the Canaries. For the rest of Europe, the shipping cost is defined according to the destination country, being the same for all towns in the same country.

Delivery terms:

Spain : 5 working days max for peninsula and Baleares and 9 for the Canaries starting from the payment confirmation date (24-48 hrs for Visa and 3 or 4 days for Paypal) ; as a consequence, once the order is made, it will be processed within 24-48 hrs and the customers will receive it within 5-7 working days.

Europe (Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and UK) : 7 working days for normal shipment and 10 days for parcels sent cash on delivery (except UK and Netherlands where this way of payment is not accepted).

We propose 3 ways of payment :

-Bank transfer

-Cash on delivery (except for UK and the Netherlands)

Credit card or bank transfer are made via the payment gateway from La Caixa or Paypal, those two being the entities that will receive the buyer's bank details.

With a cash on delivery payment method, an extra cost of 3€ for Spain or 5€ for the rest of Europe will be charged.

Returns :

Returns are accepted within the 15 working days of their reception, to the conditions that goods haven't been used, are still in the original packaging, and did not receive a bad treatment that would have created defects on them. The item 's amount cost will be refunded to the customer when the items has been delivered to our warehouse, taking off the shipping costs. If the reason of the refund is a defect or a tare of the item, or a particularity that you cannot see on the webpage, the shipping costs will be assumed by the seller.
