Shipping costs
When adding items to the cart, the cart shows the shipping costs to the address of the registered account.
If there is no registered account, the default shipping destination is Spain and mainland Portugal.
You can also check shipping costs by country using the shipping cost calculator available on each product page. In this calculator, you can estimate the shipping cost for a single item or for items already added to the cart.
For Spain and Portugal, free shipping on purchases over 80 € (Portugal does not include this promotion for large furniture or bulky shipments). Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands may carry a surcharge depending on volume/weight.
If the system does not provide the shipping cost, please contact our administration team for a quote.
For certain European destinations (Madeira, the Azores, Corsica and Sicily), as well as the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, shipments may be rejected or may include an additional surcharge.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, it is necessary to provide the recipient’s DNI, NIE or CIF number, as required by customs. The checkout form includes a dedicated field for this identification.
The estimated shipping cost does not include customs charges for non-EEC destinations.
Delivery times for international shipments do not include customs clearance time at destination (non-EEC destinations).
Delivery times
Standard orders (up to 30 kg or volumetric equivalent)
- Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours, starting from 12:00 AM following order confirmation. Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 business days. Canary Islands: 5 to 9 business days.
- Mainland Portugal: 24–48 hours, starting from 12:00 AM following order confirmation. (Azores and Madeira: please contact administration).
- Europe Zone A: France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and the Netherlands: 5–7 business days. Ireland and Switzerland: 5–6 business days.
- Europe Zone B: rest of Europe: 10–12 business days.
- United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay: 14–21 business days.
- Other countries: varies by destination (please consult administration).
Orders with special packaging (large mirrors, furniture, etc.) may require an additional 24 hours.

Bulky or heavy orders (over 30 kg or volumetric equivalent)
- Mainland Spain: 24 hours for packaging + 3–5 business days, starting from 12:00 AM following order confirmation. Balearic Islands: 24 hours for packaging + 5–7 business days. Canary Islands: please consult administration.
- Europe Zone A: 24 hours for packaging + 5–7 business days (France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and the Netherlands). Ireland and Switzerland: 6–8 business days.
- Europe Zone B: 24 hours for packaging + 10–12 business days (rest of Europe).
- United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay: 14–21 business days.
- Other countries: varies by destination (please consult administration).
For furniture and bulky items, it is essential to inform us if the delivery address is on an unpaved road or if the building has no elevator; otherwise, the carrier may refuse delivery.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within fifteen (15) days of receipt, provided that the items have not been used, are returned in their original condition, and have not been mishandled in any way that may have caused damage. The cost of the item(s) will be refunded once the return is received at our warehouses, minus shipping costs. If the reason for the return is a defect, damage, or a product characteristic not clearly shown on the website, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
Return process
Returns must be sent to: artesania-marroqui.com, Calle Nao nº 3, Pol. Ind. Palmones, 11379 Los Barrios, Cádiz, Spain. Within mainland Spain (and for some island/international addresses), we can arrange for the courier to collect your parcel. To arrange collection, please contact us by phone or email.
To speed up the process, please include your order number and a note indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you paid cash on delivery, we will also need a bank account number to process the refund.
