Shipping costs:

 When adding the items to the cart, the cart shows the shipping costs to the address of the registered account.

 If there is no registered account, the default shipping costs are Spain and mainland Portugal.

 You can also know the shipping costs by country in the shipping cost calculator available for each item. In this calculator it is possible to find out the shipping cost of the item separately or by adding items that were previously in the cart.

For Spain and Portugal free shipping on purchases +80 euros. Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, may carry a surcharge depending on volume/weight.

 If the program does not provide the shipping cost, contact the administration for a budget.

In European destinations Madeira, Azores, Corsica and Sicily, as well as the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, they may be rejected or include an extra cost.

For shipments to the Canary Islands it is necessary to notify the recipient's DNI, NIE or CIF number,

requirement demanded by customs. In the purchase form there is a box enabled

for this identification.


The estimated shipping cost does not include customs costs in non-EEC destinations.

The delivery times in international shipping do not include the dispatch time of

customs at destination, non-EEC destinations.

Bulky or heavy items (+40 kg), as well as items that need to be

install glass or mirrors, it may take between 1 and 3 additional days, due to the work of the

glazier or by the delivery times in couriers of heavy packages.

It is mandatory for furniture and bulky packages to communicate if the delivery address is an unpaved road or a flat without an elevator, the carrier may refuse the delivery.


Returns are accepted within fifteen working days of receipt provided that they have not been used, are returned in their original condition and have not been mistreated in any way that may have caused any damage to them.

The amount of the cost of the item sent will be refunded to the customer once the item is received in our warehouses, minus the cost of postage. If the reason for the return is a defect or defect of the article, or a particularity of the same that is not appreciated in the web, the shipping costs of the return will be assumed by the seller. Within the peninsula and some addresses on the islands and abroad we can send the courier to pick up your order. To do so, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. To speed up the process, please indicate the order number and a note indicating whether you wish to exchange or return your order. If you have paid cash on delivery we also need an account number to pay the amount.
