The cooker is an ancient kitchen, widely used in all civilizations in the past. In Morocco it is used to cook the tagine on charcoal, giving it a special flavor. The cooker must be immersed in water one hour before the first use. Once used it is not necessary to wet it more. This model is suitable for the large tajine and has handles. Valid for labels TSM, TEM, TSG and TXG.
