The cooker is an ancient kitchen, formerly widely used in all civilizations. In Morocco it is used to cook the tagine on charcoal, giving it a special flavor. The cooker must be immersed in water one hour before the first use. Once used it is not necessary to wet it more. This model is suitable for TJ7, TJ7G, TSP and TSM tajines. Rustic decors may vary.
